At Allegiance Flag Supply, we take pride in our American craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your flags or hardware don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location. Please ensure the items are packed carefully to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items at our South Carolina workshop, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
